Unfortunately it took a little more than 3 months to get an appointment with an urologist, I was told they only have one doctor on staff one day a week, thankfully I found out my situation was not critical but you always have to wonder while you are waiting all that time.
First Rate! I felt cared for and valued throughout the entire experience.
My appointment was handled professionally and efficiently.
I feel my Doctor and staff are concerned about my health and will address any concerns.
Dr Kozel new my medical history and was very clear about what we do going forward.
The doctor was not helpful to my concerns. He said that eventually I would have to wear a catheter. He tried to say there's no other options and really I think there is he just doesn't want to say like a pill.
Dr Kozel was exceptional in his approach at our appointments. He was friendly, compassionate and respectful. He did a great job explaining things and then took the time to answer any questions we had left. We really like him and are pleased to have him help us through this part of our healthcare journey. Dr Kozel thoroughly explained my health condition & the treatment I needed. He was very positive & made us feel confident that the health problems would be taken care of rather smoothly. He did a scope procedure right then & there & showed me the problem areas on the screen. I did not have to wait another 3 weeks for that scope like was previously scheduled thru an Ascension specialist! Dr Kozel will move things along so that I can have the needed surgery & recuperate. Thank goodness we switched to Aurora!!
Excellent care
I arrived 15 minutes early as requested. I was roomed within about 10 minutes of my arrival. Then I sat in the room for over 20 additional minutes waiting to be seen. No communication from staff about a wait. No apology for the wait. Just left in the room, then felt rushed through my visit.
