Dr Kozel thoroughly explained my health condition & the treatment I needed. He was very positive & made us feel confident that the health problems would be taken care of rather smoothly. He did a scope procedure right then & there & showed me the problem areas on the screen. I did not have to wait another 3 weeks for that scope like was previously scheduled thru an Ascension specialist! Dr Kozel will move things along so that I can have the needed surgery & recuperate. Thank goodness we switched to Aurora!!
I arrived 15 minutes early as requested. I was roomed within about 10 minutes of my arrival. Then I sat in the room for over 20 additional minutes waiting to be seen. No communication from staff about a wait. No apology for the wait. Just left in the room, then felt rushed through my visit.
They made me feel they cared about me and my health. Entire staff were professional and very helpful to my questions.
