Dr. Kozel seems very nice and assuring of his abilities to help me. It is very important to have confidence in your surgeon and I do with him.

Unfortunately it took a little more than 3 months to get an appointment with an urologist, I was told they only have one doctor on staff one day a week, thankfully I found out my situation was not critical but you always have to wonder while you are waiting all that time.
My appointment was handled professionally and efficiently.
I feel my Doctor and staff are concerned about my health and will address any concerns.

The doctor was not helpful to my concerns. He said that eventually I would have to wear a catheter. He tried to say there's no other options and really I think there is he just doesn't want to say like a pill.
Dr Kozel new my medical history and was very clear about what we do going forward.
