Dr. Kozel was easy to talk to and explained medical terminolgy so it could be understood. A very good Doctor!
Dr. Kozel is very down to earth and up front and honest with me.
He was all business. Right to the point. Didn't ask any background questions. Family history? After appointment was over, walked out of the room. Left me hanging? Wasn't sure where to go or should I follow him? Very confusing.
I feel informed when we talk. The Dr. reaffirms me about my concrens, real an self thoughts. He assists, in keeping me on the narrow path.
I was embarrassed about my body mass index. But the medical staff continued to examine my knee and leg to determine why I had pain.
Went very well. Dr Kozel has very good bedside manner and is a well informed urologist. I feel comfortable with him both professionally and personally.
Dr. Kozel seems very nice and assuring of his abilities to help me. It is very important to have confidence in your surgeon and I do with him.
Unfortunately it took a little more than 3 months to get an appointment with an urologist, I was told they only have one doctor on staff one day a week, thankfully I found out my situation was not critical but you always have to wonder while you are waiting all that time.
