Dr Kozel was very informative regarding my medical condition and scheduled surgery. He went through diagrams and pictures of my kidney and the tumor. He answered all my questions and explained the surgical procedure to my satisfaction.

I was put into a small office in a timely manner. However, I had to wait more than 40 minutes for the doctor to show up. I believe he was reviewing my files while I was waiting.

All went well. The online program is also great! It is easy to get so muxh information like getting lab results and requesting prescription refills.

Just a great experience. I felt seen as a person and really feel comfortable with the care I was given.

My appointment was short. The nurse who helped was very informative about the procedure, how it would take place and what I should watch for after I left. I was not worried about any problems and knew what to do should I start bleeding.
