The doctor was wonderful. He explained his treatment and his plan in depth and most importantly he was very frank with me. I appreciate candid opinions from doctors! I also found him very knowledgeable and trustworthy. His recommendations have already worked and I feel much better thanks to his help.
This Place is Top Notch of Healthcare from the receptionists to the doctors..A1 very friendly and professional I would refer this place to the Pope..
The waiting room is big but boring. Nothing to do or look at while waiting. I was taken to a room and again the room was boring. The one picture on the wall was behind the chair they said I should sit in. I wasn't given any information on the procedure that the Dr suggested. I didn't leave feeling informed. The Live Well summary used a lot of words that I didn't understand.

I saw the ENT, Dr. Zhang. It was my first time meeting him and I believe he saved my Christmas! I have been battling an eustachian tube dysfunction for over 2 months. And he was able to provide the procedure in office so the pressure in my ears are gone and I can hear without muffled ears to enjoy the holidays! He was very personable, kind and educative. Also very empathetic to my situation. He was wonderful!
