He seems knowledgeable but I feel unheard and I'm tired of being referred to other specialists and I came back to a complete circle. So I'm not sure what to say about the healthcare system anymore.

It was the first time I was seen by the doctor. He was personable and explained things clearly.
The provider is knowledgeable, but is very matter of fact. It's good to remember that patients didn't go to medical school so physicians should be patient when they are trying to process what the doctor said. They should also ensure their medical staff does not make premature telephone calls to patients with results that they doctor did not tell them to communicate.

My first post op appt went great, very happy with my recovery and success of surgery. As someone who also operates, I would recommend Dr. Zhang as a surgeon. He is detail oriented, articulated well what he did and why he did specific techniques, and expectations during my timeline for recovery. His MA who roomed me was also quite considerate and efficient.
That's for the most part they've always been pretty good with the timing and it was nice to be able to trust people with my son's ears. Not everybody can clean his ears appropriately but I've had experience with three Physicians and they've all been wonderful.
This appointment was for a specialty service so they did not know my history but it was my first appointment with them. They were very helpful and kind.
He was kind and very knowledgeable. I felt heard by this provider. He took the time to answer all of my questions, and I never felt rushed.
