Both the audiologist and the ENT were very personable and professional. They listened carefully and asked appropriate questions to understand the issues I was experiencing. Then explained everything very clearly, providing options for ongoing care.
Very down to earth personality, professional, answered all questions and i didnt feel rushed.
The doctor spent more time lecturing me about how I was going to mess up his schedule because of my comorbidities. He spent more time making me feel bad about messing up his schedule and questioning me about not making two appointment rather than discussing any of my concerns. He asked closed-ended questions and gave no explanations. He gave me a diagnosis and did not explain it to me. Thankfully I was referred out to other professionals and can get answers from them. I was in the treatment room for all of 10 minutes and left feeling like I burdened this doctor. I am a clinician too and I understand patient schedules and how difficult it is to do documentation as well as direct care and I would never make my patients feel ashamed for their presence.
