My main concern is paying my co-pay. I do not use credit cards and do not have a debit card. When they asked for my payment, I said I could pay with check or cash, to which I was told they no longer take cash or a check. I then said to just bill me, as they've done before. Again was told they no longer do that. The girl at registration called someone "in the back" about my situation and that person said they would waive the fee this time. I hate to think of changing doctors, but looks like I may have to. Also, I had gotten a "pre check in notice" and there was an option there to pre pay my co-pay through my checking account. I tried that and that didn't work either. Your payment system is terrible.
