It was so nice to have a doctor talk to me so I could understand what he was saying. If I didn't understand he stopped and explained it.
The staff and Dr Imlach are the best for all my health needs. Could not ask for a better Dr.
I have been a patient of Dr.Imlach for many years. He has always treated me with respect and always asks if I have any concerns or questions about what is happening. My one son and daughter also have Dr.Imlach as their primary doctor and they both have nothing but good things to say about him. If he ever retires, I don't know what I would do. In plain English, He's the best!!
Doc Imlach is the best. Great doc, better human. Patient, understanding, direct when needed, always listens . Just a good doc.
I waited a long time, about 30 minutes. I felt it was not comprehensive that I need another opinion. He left after 10 minutes and I still feel I need more answers from my test results. I went to the ER and with some abnormal test results and he brushed it off and didn't think it's something I should worry about but without explaining why I have those symptoms. So I went home wanting another second opinion.
Dr Imlach is a very popular PCP and I truly understand why. He listens and is familiar with my history. I do not feel like an assembly line patient.
The wait time to see the Dr. needs to be shored up. I love that he has students, but being there for over 2 hours is ridiculous for a 15-minute visit. I love my provider, so I know it will take time when I have a visit, but hopefully, this can be worked on in the future.
