Dr. Imlach and his staff are the BEST TEAM EVER!! From my visit in recieving my lab work, checking in at registration, being greeted by the nurse, seeing Dr. Imlach to finally leaving and receiving my visit summary. My visits are so welcoming.. always very informative and helpful to me in understanding my health needs.... Dr. Imlach is a great listener and answers every question...and if I forget to ask a question as I did with this visit I love that I have the opportunity to go to the livewell app to message his staff.

I had to wait for 50 minutes to go to the back and if you are 15 minutes late, they reschedule you. And cancel your appointment.
The waiting time is way too long. I waited almost 2 hours before I saw my doctor. That's ridiculous. No patient should have to wait that long of a period of time.
