Felt good after talking with the doctor and explaining to me what I was going thru

The office was well organized and kept informed

The wait to see the doctor was my only concern. Over an hour.

The wait was a little longer than usual but he had some scheduling problems and needed to get them corrected. He did apologize for the wait and said he hoped it would not happen again. Good enough for me. He is great and I feel comfortable with him.

My original appt was for 6pm I recieved a text at 3:38pm same day as appt saying my appt is scheduled for 5:45pm I wasn't called about slight change to appointment. I work 40 minutes away and luckily was allowed to leave work 15 minutes early to get to new appointment time

My doctor is one of the most caring doctors I've ever had. He treats his patients like we are part of his family.
