Better punctuality

He' listens to me and answers any questions I may have.

Too much time waiting for provider..both at initial reception area and then the interaction with student physician....1 one and half complete visit is too long.

I like Dr. Imlach. He is easy to talk to and he listens to what I have to say.

Dr. Imlach and the Medical Students thoroughly review my medical history and address any issues new or old at the time of my visit.

The wait was too long and I wasn't advised about the delay. My visit was over an hour behind.

I'm very happy since I've been seeing Dr Imlach. He's always very professional, thorough and courteous. Definitely a keeper!
