My experience with Dr. Imlach was excellent and he is always very understanding and compassionate. The lady at the front desk that took care of me was excellent and very friendly and helpful.
After waiting for 2 hours in video chat room I still didn't see the Doctor. That was a very bad experience
The MA's were very polite and courteous. The hematology lab was very timely; the staff was courteous and professional. I don't need a lot of health and wellness counseling as it was a large portion of my professional life.
