From the time we walked in the door everyone we had contact with was so friendly and kind. The nurses talked to my daughter and explained everything to her and let her ask questions. They all made her feel comfortable and not nervous about her procedure. They even made me feel comfortable and I knew she was in good hands.
Communication is impossible. Staff does not care much about patients and their needs.
They should always be clearer when explaining what the child has at that moment in order to understand everything from the beginning and not have to ask what he or she has or why he or she has these ailments. Thank you But I would definitely continue taking my daughter there.

The staff is phenomenal, Dr. Wendy Lotts is a great care physician, she does not only listen but her opinions are very well respected and valued by my family and I. I know all of my children are in great hands with her, and the staff.
Not listening to the reasons my child is there and being rude to me from the start is a huge problem I understand being busy but no mom wants to be sitting at a doctors office with their infant for anything other then check ups. Also giving "I think" answer without examining the child is insane to me the nurse did more to examine the baby and all she did was take weight and measurements. Will be moving doctors offices
