This was my child's first visit, so we did not discuss goals in last 6 months. Dr. Lotts is phenomenal. Office staff is very professional and kind.

The front desk coordinator was extremely sweet and pleasant! Helped switch our insurance info In the system. The medical assistant was great and friendly with my child. A great office visit!

Best doctor ever!

Dr. Lotts is the best. She was my children's doctor and now is is my Grandson's doctor. She has always been great with my children and grandchild. Explains everything so I can understand. She takes her time with us. She is amazing!! The staff is also great!!!

The doctor and her assistant were very accommodating to my children. They were also very patient, kind, and understanding when my child was nervous about getting vaccinations.

From the time we walked in the door everyone we had contact with was so friendly and kind. The nurses talked to my daughter and explained everything to her and let her ask questions. They all made her feel comfortable and not nervous about her procedure. They even made me feel comfortable and I knew she was in good hands.

Communication is impossible. Staff does not care much about patients and their needs.
