Dr. Lotts is the best. She was my children's doctor and now is is my Grandson's doctor. She has always been great with my children and grandchild. Explains everything so I can understand. She takes her time with us. She is amazing!! The staff is also great!!!

The doctor and her assistant were very accommodating to my children. They were also very patient, kind, and understanding when my child was nervous about getting vaccinations.

From the time we walked in the door everyone we had contact with was so friendly and kind. The nurses talked to my daughter and explained everything to her and let her ask questions. They all made her feel comfortable and not nervous about her procedure. They even made me feel comfortable and I knew she was in good hands.

Communication is impossible. Staff does not care much about patients and their needs.

They should always be clearer when explaining what the child has at that moment in order to understand everything from the beginning and not have to ask what he or she has or why he or she has these ailments. Thank you But I would definitely continue taking my daughter there.
