I really liked the service.

I waited a significant amount of time for the nurse to come and give my child the needed vaccines. This had never happened before. Apparently, they were having issues with their system. I'll suggest they let us know the reason for the wait. Maybe give us the option to stop by another day in case we can't wait.

Love Dr Lotts. I do not enjoy dealing with the office staff. They are not helpful. I was on hold for over 12 minutes to request a refill. When I asked if it was time for a med check appointment I was told no. Then 10 minutes later the nurse calls to say I couldn't have a refill because I needed a med check. While they were able to squeeze is in it was very frustrating.

I am so grateful for Dr Lotts She listens and has always given the best care for us

Dr Wendy Lotts is AMAZING!!! She's been involved in the healthcare for each of our children. She's so patient and thorough.

Doctor Wendy Lotts, excellent doctor, besides being very knowledgeable, she is very kind and caring.

I just really love how they treat all their patients. I sharia have availability with any doctor who's available. They're all airways concerned about my kids health. I never really have an issue with them, but once. I alreasy have friends going to my kids doctor's office and they're loving it.

She gave a lot of information and was very helpful!
