The provider came in to see my child and asked questions about school instead of looking at her for the reason we came in for. It was awkward and I felt like she was not interested of cared.
Nurse that took my babies vitals was very nice and friendly!
The medical professional was fine, it's just that scheduling appointments is more complicated now; perhaps that could be improved a bit. Thank you.
