She was the only pediatrician available, which is the only reason my daughters had an appointment with her, but she seems distracted, doesn't ask enough questions to inquire about their health, and didn't give me any extra instructions for the illness.
The staff was awesome! Every single one was attentive and understanding with my grandson who is on the spectrum. I was very impressed
I didn't enjoy the experience, nor the way the nurse treated me. The same goes for the receptionist who always seems to be having a bad day.
Dr Lotts is such a caring doctor and listens to all of my concerns about Her patient I'm very grateful to have her

My son has been going here since he was born, staff is always amazing and helpful. The nurse that did help me yesterday wasn't as nice as she could be, a smile and a better tone can go a long way, I've never seen her at this location before. Other than that, the usual staff was amazing as always, Doctor Lotts always is gentle and listens
