Val is amazing. She listened to my questions and took her time with me to answer. She didn't make me feel like she was rushing me along so she could quickly get to her next patient. She called me the same day to tell me my lab results and explained everything in a way I understood. Thank you, Val! You are a valuable asset to Aurora!!! And I didn't mean to omit the nurse. She was very easy to communicate with and had a great personality.

Valerie Albers is an exceptional provider in my opinion. I always feel listened to and educated about my health and health conditions.
