Val Albers has always been great. She takes the time to explain things and make recommendations when needed. I like that she talks to me like a person, vs going through the routine like a robot as some providers do. She genuinely cares and for that reason I will gladly continue seeing her

It was my first time seeing Valerie as my past 2 providers both retired in the past 2 years. She listened to my concerns, showed me visual documents of what she was talking about and moved to the next level of treatment for the issues. She was very nice and I didn't feel like I was taking up too much time and she needed to rush off to the next patient.
