upon check in there was only one person working, apparently she was having a personal crisis and left the desk at one time to sit on the floor and another time another professional came to ask if she was ok, then she closed the desk again and went to talk with her we had to wait quite awhile just to get our appointment overview papers my child missed longer at school because of all this waiting

I think it would be beneficial to have your lab results at your appointment so you could go over them.
