I came in for a physical and to review my blood work. I did not feel that my doctor was prepared to go over my blood work while I was there. I feel as if there was no dialogue about my health unless I asked the questions. There was construction going on and she seemed more flustered by the noise than focus on me. I would have liked to know more about the test that I have to take and what to expect . I fely as if I had to advocate for myself in order to get a few questions asked but even then I did not get any answers or explanations about my health history such as my cholesterol #'s compared to my past #'s. I had hoped to have a better connection with my doctor so I can get my health treated properly.I hope after my tests that I get the necessary feedback needed.
Dr. Polyak and her staff are wonderful. They answer your questions and are always very polite.
I am dealing with a couple complicated health issues. Dr. Polyak is always very generous with her time when I have many questions about my conditions, medication questions, and healthy living. I have been her patient for about 25 years and I highly recommend her.
