Dr Polyak was attentive to my needs and showed compassion.

Service at Aurora facility is very good. I have no complaints. I have the best Dr. Polyak for almost 30 years . Very knowledgeable, listens intently to all my concerns n addressed them accordingly.

I always have my questions answered. She does a very good job .

You are the nicest group of people I have ever take care of me

It was fine in that all my questions were answered and she was in a happy mood which made me feel. happy also!?
