The staff are so welcoming and kind. This is the best medical office in town and everyone should have a physician here as they truly care about your health. There is also a wonderful environment within the office.

The staff is very helpful and friendly. Dr. Polyak spent alot of time explaining my test results and made suggestions. I had a very good experience. My appointment time ran late but that was not the fault of the office, it was the fault of another patient. I would certainly recommend this practice.
