Advocates new scheduling system is horrible. Three weeks ago I had to reschedule an appointment with a different provider because there was a wait in excess of an hour. For this appointment, I was called 59 minutes after my appointment time Thank goodness I am in good health and have health care workers in my family if needed for information

As a new patient in a gynecologist office I would've appreciated if the process wasn't so fast, and for the provider to explain what they were doing before it was done, since it is such an intimate exam. The providers were very kind but I would have appreciated more explainations.
