Tiffany and her nurse were both warm, welcoming, considerate and communicated with us clearly and with care. This was only my first prenatal visit, but I feel confident in the care I'll receive. I was informed 15-20 minutes after my appointment that they'd see me soon by a sweet lady at the front desk. All in all, I had a great experience.

I wanted to find out about my health as a woman going through menopause. I asked about what I should take for hot flashes and she prescribed something. My appt was for 840 I didn't see her until 940 she didn't apologize about being late and she was not engaging enough for me as a provider.

This provide made me feel so comfortable. I've never felt this comfortable with someone during a pap smear. She listened and was willing to help. I'm telling all my friends about her. It's hard to find someone like her. Please tell her Thank you again for me.

This is my first time going to this gynecologist and she is fantastic! Very personable , professional and quick. She found a mass in my left breast and quickly referred me for a mammogram. I am very thankful and happy I found Dr. Applewhite!!

After a 45 min wait, I appreciated the kind bedside manner. However, I did Not appreciate the statements made while i was in the exam room waiting to be seen. This pertains to ...The conversation your staff were having about me being "mad" about the wait. In reference to addressing the comment made about " NO ONE ARRIVES TO AN APPOINTMENT AND IS SEEN IMMEDIATELY." I agree however, YOU all ask for arrival to be 15 minutes ahead of time. I adhered to that, then I waited an additional 15+ minutes, my appointment was for 1030a . I had to ask staff if there was a delay and only at that point, I was then informed. So yes i was "mad" All patients should be seen within a reasonable timeframe, And if there is a delay, advise the waiting patients. Some of us work and think it would be absurd to have to take an entire day off for a 20-30 minute appointment. I did not appreciate the conversation and maybe someone should have apologized for delay instead. And as a note, I know who made the comment because her voice was very distinctive due to our in depth conversation. I had no other issues.
