waiting in waiting room approx 15 mins. Then got to the exam room. I was first patient of the day and wasn't seen for another 20 mins. Sitting in a paper gown and sheet for another 20 mins was not acceptable. I had to repeat all my medical history when everything is in my chart. I've been a patient at advocate for more than 20 years. All medical records are available to all providers. No need for me to repeat everything
