There was a weird question the admin asked as they were taking my information and giving my blood-pressure -- you needed to know who I was going to have sexual relations with (male or female) IF I was doing sexual relations. This was awkward and I still do not understand the relevance of the question.

The waiting lobby is atrocious. Loud and not private.

Glad to have Dr Klarquist as my physician.

Dr. Klarquist is always pleasant, congenial, and puts people at ease. He really knows his stuff and knows what's going on with me. He is also quick and efficient. I have great confidence in him and know that I can trust him.

I really liked the provider I saw. However, I did not have a good experience with the front desk/check-in staff. They were not acting professionally (laughing, on their phones) while I was waiting to check-in. Not the best first impression. The doctor, nurse, and tech I interacted with for the visit were stellar.

All good.

Dr Klarquist is a virtuoso. I'm grateful to have him as my primary care doctor. I hope Advocate is treating him well, and that he has all the support he needs.
