We talked about your billing dept.How I had billing issues for last 3 years due to my coordinate of benefits. How your billing dept claims that BCBS hmo does not have my cob correct and on and on. How your clinic does not talk to management. I give your billing dept an F for failure to correct .

I love Dr. Thomas Klarquist. He has been my doctor for many years. He is attentive, caring, respectful and understanding. He genuinely cares for my health and well-being. He has an excellent memory which makes me feel valued and important to him. He puts in place an action plan to better my health. Even though I am not the greatest at following through-I feel he cares about any progress I have made. This was the most personable that my physician has been in years. It was very difficult to get an appointment due to the lack of human contact in the system you have set up and as a result I had to go to urgent care elsewhere rather than wait seven days with an infection. My doctor was concerned.

Initial lady I saw was wonderful. The one that took my vitals. Nice personality made me feel more relaxed.

It's always a pleasure to see Dr. Klarquist. The entire office is so professional and kind.
