Dr. Klarquist is an excellent doctor who genuinely cares about his patients. He is very responsive and I am convinced he has my best interests in mind. He is a tremendous asset to the Advocate Aurora health team. I am extremely happy to have him as my doctor.

I think the overall experience was hurt by the supporting staff during the visit and leading up to the visit (the scheduling of the visit itself, specifically). So it was not Dr. Klarquist's fault, but it affected the overall experience. Dr. Klarquist is reliable and helpful. But the supporting staff makes me think twice about sticking with Advocate. At the end of the day, I got the results of my annual exam and I know that if I need Dr. Klarquist's help, I can get it. Any long wait times/inexperience issues I have with the supporting staff that work around him, that's a problem with Advocate, not him. I doubt he's doing the hiring, but who knows, maybe he does personally hire the assistants who screen patients during visits ????

Dr. Klarquist was exactly what I was looking for in a PCP. He asked appropriate questions, listened, and had a personable demeanor. He tracked with everything I shared without me having to over explain. He informed me of steps going forward, efficiently, obtained a referral for me, and the office even scheduled my physical for me. I was overall very impressed and appreciative of his time.
