I was the last appointment of the day at 6:00 pm, and Dr. Klarquist was perfectly on time. I know how difficult it is for doctors to remain on track throughout the day, so I was surprised and impressed by the timeliness. Great job by the doctor and staff to stay on schedule.

The phlebotomist was unable to draw blood from my arms. Seems I have this problem a lot. This is one reason I never do blood lab requests as they usually do not get any blood for me. That part is VERY frustrating.

Dr, Klarquist great, explains all issues well. His staff made me feel Advocate cared about me.
