Dr Klarquist has been my primary care physician for at least twenty years, well before being on the Advocate staff. He is very thorough and always responsive to patient concerns. I would recommend him to anyone.

The reception staff are horrible, unfriendly and unwelcoming. I was informed to arrive at 6:45 am and was locked out and stood in the rain waiting. Dr. Klarquist and staff are the sole reason I will ever return.

I had no problem with my appointment with Dr. Klarquist in general. The main problem I had was not being able to find a parking spot in the attached parking garage. It was obvious that there were many more cars parked there than there were people in the waiting room. as a result, we needed to leave the facility, park in the garage attached to the other medical office building and pay to park there. Then we had to walk a couple of blocks to the building where my appointment was. I wish the parking garage attached to the building was monitored better so that only patients and doctors were parking there.
