Security tested the fire alarm for a continuous 5 minutes before my appointment. I was not warned and was not offered hearing protection. This should not have occurred during office hours and facilities management should take steps to ensure so for the future.

I needed labs done after my visit and when I went to the lab, the guy who drew them couldn't get the needle in right. I asked if he was new but he said he had been there for many several years...it took lots of poking for a simple draw! I'm healing ok now
