I wasn't happy waiting a whole hour after my scheduled appointment to see the doctor.
My appointment was at 2:00 p.m. I never seen the doctor till 20 minutes to 3:00
Dr. Hassan was great about discussing what his plan was and his follow up plan as well. Was very thoroughly and asked if I had anything further questions.
This was my first appointment with Dr. Hassan and I was already anxious but he was GREAT! Very easy to talk to and he explained everything very well.

He takes the time to give detailed answers to my questions and listens to my concerns.
I think Dr. Hassan is a gem. He considered my welfare in his decisions on future actions and the ramifications of various courses of treatment. I'm glad he's part of my care group.
He was not timely because he had a "challenge' with another patient. I understand. I really like him-very personable
The nurses in the infusion lab are amazing. They went out of their way to help me, all the time being friendly and helpful.
I wish there was more discussion about my symptoms and how they could be improved.
