I think Dr Hassan is very knowledgeable. I am extremely pleased he is my hematologist. I am very comfortable talking with him. I trust him completely.

This was my first time seeing this doctor. Everyone in the office was very friendly and welcoming.

It is refreshing and comforting to see a clinic so well organized, where all the pieces fit so well -- from the check-in, to the lab, to the pre-visit work-up, to the visit with the Doctor, and the Infusion lab where I got a flu vaccine and Lupron injection. A nice touch today was a volunteer who offered a warm cookie while patients were waiting in the waiting room.

Staff was helpful and friendly. Dr. Hassan was the Best! He was caring, courteous, listened to my concerns and did not rush through this visit.

We had to wait 50 minutes after our scheduled appointment time before we were seen by Doctor. No reason for delay or apology was given. I understand that situations can arise that would extend time needed with other patients, but I feel that the patient should be updated by staff of the delay-providing some curtesy to the patient waiting.

Everyone was wonderful! And I am very happy and very relieved about any worries I may have had prior. Kudos!
