I love how direct Dr. Hassan is. He has a clear viewpoint and expresses it well. One knows how things are going to go and it gives a person a feeling of trust, confidence, and safety, which I appreciate.

Aurora online scheduling and appointment verification is not up to par. Example: while very consumed with trying to breath, I met with Dr. Hassan. 3 months later Aurora notified me of an appointment with Dr. Hassan. I spent an hour trying to find out who, what and where Dr. Hassan is. How about: Dr. Hassan, 10:30 AM xxxx street, Mt Pleasant 262Xxxxxxx There are 4 Aurora facilities in Racine area and I was at three the day of my blood clot. Aurora is my choice in Racine because your doctors and nurses are top but not your online service.
Dr. Hassan is easy to talk to and provides choices in healthcare decisions.
