Every time I have a visit with Susan Ward, I can count on being relaxed with her. Susan answers my questions to my satisfaction, and is not afraid to tell me to let her enter into the computer information one at a time about my reason/s for the visit so she doesn't make a mistake. I appreciat that very much. All my visits with Susan leaves me feeling satisfied about my health.
