Susan Ward and staff communicate well and make or allow me to be the real me. No question is trivial and they really focus on what's happening to me. They all made me feel comfortable, like I wasn't a waste of time. And that Susan seems to know when I start to lose track of the questions, it's like she reaches out to bring me back home so I can understand what she's saying. In fact I lost my Summary and her office and I are doing a phone call to fill in the blanks as such, and I should be good to go. I trust and regard Susan and her staff so, so much. And I feel Good because of our appointment.

I felt very at ease with the women there. I was so anxious about going, but they made feel very comfortable.

I dont need my provider to micro manage me with preventative things like how to prevent a fall and illness. And filling out the form about how i am mentally feeling is worthless since aurora wont do anything about it. So dont mark my provider down because management is so out of touch

Everyone was very friendly and helpful. They listened to my concerns and is actually trying to figure out what's going on with my health and letting me know what our plan is if we have to go to that point. They were very understanding and I liked that. I would definitely recommend you guys to people need help from a docto
