Susan Ward ID a very thorough professional with a warm personal manner.
Your phone people are rude and untrained as far as making appointments. Not everyone can afford your urgent care facilities and needs to see their primary care doctor. Don't talk down to us, like we don't know how sick we are. So far, no one has given the patients any information on fixing things at the cellular level without drugs.

It is rare to find a provider who really listens and genuinely cares about their patients. Susan Ward does! She makes me feel like I matter in a system that usually seems impersonal. I am thankful to have Ms. Ward as my healthcare provider!!!
