I'm always happy to see Susan and her staff

My experience with Dr Ward is always excellent but the attending nurse was unfriendly and rude.

Dr. Ward, is always friendly and helpful. I don't get nervous coming to the office visit because she always eases my fears.

She did not rush me and quickly put in request for 2 specialist for me to get to the cause of my problem. I was booked the same day to both of the specialists.
