Dr Yao is very professional and thorough, but more important she listen to my concerns. A good doctors.
Appointments and access to primary care provider are made available extremely by Advocate scheduling system. This annual wellness had to be made one year in advance. If I am sick or need follow up, they almost always have scheduled non-primary people into my provider's time and I cannot get an appointment to see my PCP. Either Advocate needs to stop scheduling non-primary care patient acute cases into my PCP's schedule or stop adding more primary care patients to this provider's caseload.
