My visit with the provider was exactly the annual visit that I was looking for.

He is kind, patient, serious and responsible. It is a pleasure to communicate with him, ask questions, discuss the condition and get treatment advice.

Dr. Yao is amazing! She takes the time to really listen, and discusses/suggests a variety of possible solutions for issues without trying to force anything on the patient. I can be quite skeptical about medical providers, but I can tell you that I feel very blessed to have Dr. Yao as my doctor because she is knowledgeable, nice, and does a great job.

Some times she is really hard to get i touch to call as back. But she is a good doctor and nice person.

The doctor and the doctors assistant were both amazing. My experience dealing with the front desk staff when checking in was not a pleasant experience. One of the girls in the front desk ,Idaly seemed angry and not very friendly. I was not treated like a guest or customer on the contrary I felt like I was bothering and I never felt welcomed. I felt like I was interrupting her day . Everything other then the front desk staff was a great experience.
