Both Dr Yao and the nurse were considerate. They took the time to listen to me, review my history and provide suggestions that would help me. Before Dr. Yao I would only see a doctor when absolutely necessary, however, I don't feel that way with Dr. Yao. I would rate her a 12 out of 10.
