This was my first time see this provider and I was treated wonderfully.
Dr Schoch and her nursing staff were very friendly, knowledgeable, and explained everything I had questions about. Also were punctual with the timing of my visit.
Very knowledgeable kind and doesn't rush me
I was NOT seen by Dr Schoch, I waited for over one hour without being seen and left. My time is just as valuable as your staff's. The corporate expectations of booking so many patients in an hour is unrealistic. Patient care is suffering because of it. It was not the fault of Dr Schoch that I wasn't seen by her. Rethink your corporate mission!!!
The nurse was fantastic. I would not recommend the Dr. She gave the impression that the reason I was there was beneath her skill level and appeared somewhat disengaged/disinterested (maybe lack of empathy?). I still had several questions that I wanted to ask and she got up said "the nurse will be back in" and left. Diagnosis and discussion was simple and uninteresting to her, very important to me for my everyday mobility.
Every one did a good job with all the help I received. Thanks...
Blown away at how rude and condescending this provider was. Absolute waste of my time and money!
excellent doctor
Dr. Schoch is always personable and extremely attentive. I cannot thank her enough for how she fixed my right ankle/foot via a fusion. I cannot believe I am completely without pain. I would recommend Dr. Schoch to anyone with an orthopedic foot and/or ankle problem.
One suggestion: I would have preferred if she would have provided me with her recommendation on how to proceed in treating my injury/issue, rather than just provide me with options for me to decide.
