I felt like my continued pain was dismissed by the doctor. It also felt like a complete waste of time. I came in on a referral from my doctor who specifically wanted me to see an orthopedic specialist instead of a physical therapist about my ongoing pain. The doctor spent maybe 10 minutes with me and said to see a physical therapist. It's not that I want surgery to be the first option, it's how it was explained and the doctors demeanor. I had follow up questions and she made me feel like an idiot and then she left abruptly without showing me out. I've never had an experience like that. It felt like I was a waste of time and honestly it was also a waste of my time and a $60 copay to just be told to see someone else.
Doctor and nurses were timely, efficient and caring. Dr. Schoch spent a good amount of time explaining my options for treatment. I appreciated all the info she gave me.
Dr is pleasant and knowledgeable she explains thing well and has a good manner. She will be doing surgery on my other foot in fall and I expect she will do a great job on that side and reduce the pain there

Absolutely love Dr. Shawn Schoch! She is thorough & a very good surgeon! She explained my surgery again to me so I understand what happened as a result! Would recommend her to everyone with foot/feet problems!
She has a great personality and really listens to what you say.
