Dr. Schoch was extremely thorough with her exam. She recommended PT over surgery. She reassured me the pain I'm experiencing isn't from my bunion and is most likely arthritis. I appreciate that. Years ago I saw an Aurora podiatrist who after approximately a minute in my presence stated surgery was the only way to fix my foot. Needless to say, I was not ever going to see him again. He wasn't honest with me. I feel Dr. Schoch really cares about her patients and wants to serve them with respect and dignity.

I sat in the room for 30 minutes before thw Doctor even saw me. I was placed in room and no one even checked on me before even being seen by Doctor. Very, very poor!!

I was a new patient and mainly seeing Dr. Schoch for potential corrective surgery. She was very thorough, welcoming, and made me feel completely at ease and confident that I had made the correct choice and going to see her.

This was my first appointment with this Dr. I like her approach in dealing with me. She made me feel comfortable, was honest, gave me a number of treatment options, as well as being concerned about some sadness we talked about.

Dr shawn schoch is a wonderful doctor. Her office is always so efficient. I never have to wait to be seen, I get right in. The doctor is always in the room within minutes. If I have questions or concerns she is always willing to answer my questions. I am always done within 10 minutes and on my way. I wish all doctor appointments were this easy.

Patient service representatives ignore you until they decide to help you. They were not on the phone and it was not a busy time. No one acknowledged us, so we sat down. Finally, one asked if we needed anything. We said we were all set, and she said we could leave. Nurses were great, but your PSRs are terrible. No supervision of them maybe? Bad attitudes for both the day of my appointment.
