HATE HATE HATE that you guys have started using a call center instead of being able to call the office directly. A total inconvenience. Extremely frustrating for patients and from what I hear through the grapevine...providers too.
The wait time was ridiculous, 45 mins to see the provider is very inefficient especially considering how much its costing me/many others. Front Desk/check in is always meh. The doctors and nurses seem competent and helpful but otherwise im debating switching to another provider for better/more efficient service.
Love Dr. Zahn! So nice that he had an opening to get her in at a timely manner and give us peace of mind! Never feel rushed and always answers our questions!
The wait time was too long. Our appointment was at 2:15. We arrived early as expected by the clinic. Didn't head back until 2:20pm and didn't see physician until 2:50pm. Then took a while when the physician was done before the nurse came back in to give a shot. We didn't leave the clinic until 3:30ish. Too long for a simple physical appointment.
Dr. Zahn has been an amazing and trusted pcp for my 3 kids for many years and we have always really appreciated his expertise and kindness.
Dr. Zahn and his staff are top notch! He's been our pediatrician since 2013 and we are so grateful to have a dependable and communicative doctor. Thank you!

Our primary doctor was not available so we saw Dr. Zahn. He was excellent. Very thorough, spent plenty of time with us, and explained everything clearly. I was very pleased with the care we received. The nurses were all excellent as well.

Dr. Zahn is thorough and kind. He was able to see us for a last minute visit. Very appreciative for that too. Would highly recommend. Not regarding visit- the call center is annoying and time consuming. Wish that the call center step would go away and I could call my doctors office directly. Just makes more sense.
