I really like Dr. Zahn.. he spends the time with me/my kids and makes us feel comfortable!
We will be switching to Bellin or Prevea after this experience. Your call center is absolutely awful. Furthermore, I asked twice through the portal if a nurse could call me and twice they refused. I will be switching both of my children to another doctor and we will no longer be with Aurora. The call center is the absolute worst thing ever.
I love Dr Zahn's approach to children with nonchalantly urging them to make healthy choices and his demeanor towards my son during the appointment. My son was scared, but told me he had a good experience after the visit as Dr Zahn made him feel very comfortable.
Great timely appointment, but no real concrete findings. Doctor did not ask to update any existing medication refills.
Dr. Zahn is a great pediatrician! My son has been seeing him for 12 years now and daughter for 8 years and both my kids love him and hate it when they have to see someone else! He is great with the kids!
