The care provider was not attentive to the reason for our visit. He preferred reading over the prior visits, which was good, however, it was difficult to get the provider to listen much less to take me seriously enough to pay attention to anything I said .
Love Dr Zahn, I recommend him any chance I get.
Front desk worker was openly talking crap about a different patient after they complained that they had been waiting for a while past appointment time. Not very professional, especially when this office is open late for appointments.
Everyone at this office is wonderful. We always feel welcome, cared for and listened to.

I appreciate that Dr. Zahn not only engages with the child but also makes time to listen to parent concerns and questions. He is very easy to talk to, a great listener and I feel like he knows my child. He has been a provider for a long time and I have always appreciated that he feels like he is partnering and educating me vs telling me.

It was 35 minutes on a scheduled appointment to be moved from the main waiting room, moved to the exam room, then had to sit and wait for the doc to show up. It is a terrible system.
