My Doctor is an awesome lady. I explained to her about my pain she knew exactly what my problem was but then again she checked my urine and happily she gave me the news that it was negative (I'm a bladder cancer patient) she order X-Rays one two three I was done and the result was on line in few hours. I love the whole system in the bldg. the helpers are awesome. Just SUPER!

Everything is good

I found Dr. Govindan thoughtful and willing to take the time to discuss my healthcare options. My previous primary care physician retired at the end of last year and I plan to continue to see Dr. Govindan as my new primary care physician.

They are very kind to me.

Dr. G was not my primary doctor but consented to see me as I probably had a kidney stone. She was not familiar with my records but did review the notes in the computer and I greatly appreciated her help. She took time with me and ordered a urinalysis to see if there were results that indicated if a stone had passed and she also wanted to see if I had a UTI. I appreciated her prompt follow up.

This visit was unexpected but I was treated quickly and competently

This was my first with Dr. Govindan, her staff and Advocate Outpatient Center. Everyone far exceeded my expectations. Also, when I was sent over to the waiting area to get blood work done, one technician noticed that no one has called my name yet, so she came over and got my information and she was also the tech that drew my blood and was very exceptional at her work.

Everything was handled very well.

One of the few Dr.'s who get the business of listening.
