Overall, the practice rarely has appointment times. It would be ideal to have more Dr availablity so that I don't have to schedule so far in advance (up to 4 weeks for a physical exam.) This is especially important for a sick visit.

The person who drew my blood was not friendly. After she took the blood I felt light headed and told her that. Instead of being caring and asking what I need or if I would like juice/water she just asked what I ate that day, why was I fasting (I've been sick and can't hold anything in) and then told me I should not have done the blood. This is all while I'm feeling light headed and unsure what might happen next. Instead of trying to care for me in the moment, it felt like I was a burden to them. Would have been nice to be offered juice or water rather than questions while I'm not feeling well

Dr Govindan is the most caring professional, listens carefully and understands my problems. One of my best drs ever!
