Receptionist, nurse, blood draw lady and the doctor were all timely and answered all the questions I had and sorted out the upcoming procedure I have coming up.
Dr. Govindan was the most thorough and patient doctor I've ever seen! She was very informative, took her time with me, got to know me and never felt rushed for one second. Very sweet and e dry one was very accommodating.

RENDERING PROVIDER TOOK THE TIME TO FOLLOW UP VIA PHONE REGARDING MY LABS AND OFFICE VISIT NEXT DAY. SOMETHING THAT NO OTHER PROVIDER HAD DONE IN ALL MY YEARS WITH ADVOCATE. THAT HAD SHOWN ME THAT THIS PROVIDER CARED FOR HER PATIENTS.
The doctor herself was wonderful in regards to care and listening to the patient's needs. However, the experience to try to get the appointment for the same day was beyond frustrating. Going through the portal and trying to get a response was not feasible. I had to call the main number and request a transfer to a nurses station to talk to someone.
She was very thorough, did not rush, seem to understand my situation, empathetic, compassionate. Friendly manner. I liked her.

Dr. Govindan, her nurse and the front desk personnel have always been professional, knowledgeable, approachable, and pleasant!
It was useless visit and now I will have to pay for it. All questions could be answered via messenger. All I received is to take ibuprofen and watch myself.
