Dr Jorgenson has been wonderful as a new provider for me. However, she ordered labs after this visit and I went downstairs and checked in with the lab. Approx 30 mins later, I had not been called and inquired of an employee walking out of the lab area. She was very rude to me. I asked how long the wait would be and she said 'it's currently a 45 minute wait' I said I'd already been waiting 30 minutes or so and she replied 'well I guess you'll have to wait longer' and she went over to speak w the security guard. I left without having me ordered labs completed because at this point, I had already been in the clinic for a little over two hours and needed to get to another appointment.
I'm always seen late by at least 15 minutes even though I arrive and check in early for my appointments. I usually feel rushed during the appointment as well which is annoying because the person I'm paying to help me is the one that's late. I got most of my questions answered but Dr. Jorgenson didn't really ask me about anything besides my ER visit last month or make space to talk about goals or changes or anything that I didn't initiate.
Dr. Jorgenson is very thorough and easy to talk to. All members of her staff are friendly and helpful.
My doctor reviewed my medications that I came in with. She took the time to discuss my OTC allergy meds and explained how this medication is not the best for me. She gave me other options. I really liked that. Thank you
All staff at that center have been very courteous, very attentive and respectful. Thank you for your service.
Dr. Jorgenson is very caring and takes a lot of time with us, explaining carefully and always listens to our concerns. She's very knowledgeable and a wonderful communicator.
